Returns & Refunds Policy

At HandmadeCraftJaipur, every item is carefully handmade and prepared specifically for each customer.

Returns

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns unless:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made products
• Personalized items
• Used or washed products
• Items damaged after delivery

Refunds

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests made before production begins are eligible for an 80% refund. A 20?ncellation fee will be deducted from the total order value.

Orders already in production, customized, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
